Caramel-sweet, soft-cream-colored baked milk. Baked milk is a product that the Slavs historically prepared by keeping cow's milk in a warm oven for up to 12 hours. It has twice the amount of calcium, iron and vitamin A. It is less likely to cause allergic reactions to casein and lactose.
