Beef and pork dumplings
Classic dumplings according to a catering recipe from 1982 . The composition contains nothing but selected meat, onions, salt and pepper. Durum durum wheat dough, thanks to which dumplings do not boil soft. I personally stopped eating store dumplings when heartburn, dryness and other unpleasant sensations appeared from them.
