"Amber" custard sweet and sour bread

 

Perhaps this is one of my favorite rye custard breads. Thanks to long-term fermentation and brewing of rye flour, an unusually soft and fragrant, sweet and sour rye bread with slightly perceptible notes of cumin is obtained.

 

Composed of:

  • Rye flour (Organic), water, sourdough, malt, cane sugar, wheat flour, Himalayan salt, cumin, flax, bran
