Biscuits "Piparkūkas"
My favorite, adorable cookie that we bake for Christmas and New Year. In translated from Latvian "Piparkūkas" is pepper cookies. In Europe it is called ginger, but not as fragrant as Latvian!
Latvia is a country of bright and fragrant piparkuk, the whole secret is in the set of spices and their quantity.

Shortcrust pastry based on rye flour and a set of spices.
