Minced meat 50/50 pork-beef

Onions

Favorite spices or Khmeli-suneli

to taste (1/2 tsp)

Lard

10 g

Ghee butter

30 g

Plain flour

20 g

Full-fat milk

300 ml

Salt

10 g

Cracked black pepper

to taste (0.2 g)

Total

22 crepes 120 g each (crepe 60g + filling 60g)
