Ghee butter | 30 g |
Plain flour | 20 g |
Full-fat milk | 300 ml |
Salt | 10 g |
Cracked black pepper | to taste (0.2 g) |
Total | 22 crepes 120 g each (crepe 60g + filling 60g) |
